Classic Game Room HD reviews BUCK ROGERS PLANET OF ZOOM for Atari 5200 developed by Sega from 1983! Hell yeah, Buck needs to race through the Planet of Zoom to meet up with Wilma for an evening rendezvous, dont run into the space-gates or enemy space ships on the way! This classic inspired by Buck Rogers is an amazing title on Atari 5200 and needs to be played by fans of Sega, Space Harrier, Afterburner and Super Thunder Blade. Pilot a space ship in a pseudo-front perspective Zaxxon style of game and rack up mad points by wasting enemies and traveling distance. Shoot down the mothership to earn more fuel and have a great time with solid controls, smooth gameplay and terrific style. Buck Rogers: Planet of Zoom for Atari 5200 shows the hidden power of the buggy 5200 with seriously awesome gameplay and sound effects. This CGR review of Buck Rogers Planet of Zoom on Atari 5200 shows game play from this Atari 5200 retro old school classic arcade game in action, upconverted to HD for maximum 25th century awesomeness. • @truesivad Matrix Cubed? That game was the bomb.

  • I don't remember this one. I owned a Atari 2600. Never heard of the 5200. I had all the classics in the early 80's. Pheonix, Pacman, Wizard, Space Invaders, Centipede etc. I enjoyed playing those games more than anything out now. I think it was the sound effects there was something magical about the 80's. I don't know what it was. Everything was DARK!!
