@0000o9000 U right about one thing SARU did not fire Jake White directly but after building a team over 4 years and then winning the WORLD CUP they had the nerve to request that he reapply for his job! Its almost like asking Mourinho to re-apply for the Chelsea post after wining everything in England!Make no mistake Jake White is an extraordinary rugby coach, with an understanding of SA rugby that very people have today, as rugby coach he is arguably one the best coaches in the world!

@Tehui1974 Actually, we played the form teams in the tournament. New Zealand did not, yet NZ fell at the first hurdle, a painfully average French side hammered by England matched NZ in every facet of play. South Africa also had the most physically demanding schedule with the most physical teams as well as very poor reffing and injuries, even before the tournament. Give the Boks the credit they deserve.
