k, i kno this is outdated, but after months of having it drilled into my head, i gotta say it. Rylee2010, that's how it works. we tell our representatives what we'd like changed, added, or done, they listen, take a vote, majority wins. also the president cannot declaire war; that's congresses job. he enforces the rules, but he doesn't make them. true, you may not support it all, but you have the power to do something about it, that's what being an american citizen means: INFORMED PARTICIPATION.

i often listen to that song and think of this tradegy. I feel really sorry for the victims and their loved ones...and the buildings...the twin towers were two beautiful structures in the best city in the world. i am sad that i never got the chance to come visit NY before this happened...there's always the empire state building and the statue of liberty but the twin towers were my personal favourite.x
