I am actually very impressed with the N.Y.C nail polishes especially the glittery ones :D You might have to apply 2 - 3 coats but that doesn't bother me at all they are very inexpensive try 99 cents each. How cheap is that???? Anyway the I don't really care for the N.Y.C lipsticks the smell is a turn off for me but the texture i must say is very creamy . I love O.P.I. Nail polish but it's just too expensive for me right now and N.Y.C. is just a great alternative and they come in so many different colors :D
