distilled water does not conduct electricity, but it does from HV HF oscillation; might be useful application for odd circuitry

  • at 3:17 in the video your lighting up an AC light bulb, do you remember how you did this? thx!

  • @delphinny

    all of this is a HV HF oscillations, the hand won't affect it when connected in such way;

just play around with voltage on the same setup

    cheers

  • @Mopozco

This seems quite dangerous... I got shocked twice playing with the high voltage output

  • @delphinny

    depending what current you got

but, hey, don't do if you do not know what u r doing...pls...

  • @Mopozco I see, but where to hook the light bulb? In series with the tros? Light bulb not lighting in series with spark gap

  • @delphinny

    yes, i does:

  • @Mopozco oh this is very interesting! I see what you probably did now, you put the spark gap in the water on this circuit, I just put the spark gap outside the water and was trying to power a light bulb that way, I want to try this now. :)

  • @delphinny

get your TROS (you already built) and connect it to your flyback with those blue wires (the same way),

now get your jumper wire and hook it to the hot end of flyback, now connect another end of jumper to pins on other side of FB one by one, one of it will give you spark, this's the one - you found HV coil

  • can you post a connection diagram of how to connect the circuit to your flyback? thanks! :)

  • @haeresy

    100% agree!!

    nature rules (mimicking too)

    cheers
