Always, always, always loved Johnny's version of "It's all over now" because he puts so much energy into it! Love the Link Wray as well. I still consider Johnny as one of the most under-appreciated guitar players in the world. Rock on brother Johnny!!!

heard him 43 years ago, still love his guitar work amazin' ..underated amongst most blues players eg. EC, SRV, Buddy, BB, Page, Green but he has nothing to hold back to me right up there with the best of them ...slide, pickin', boogie, slow blues doesn't matter one of the most versatile stringman who has ever picked up the instrument!! like the "surf" groove at end

Glad to see so many great comments here about JW. I saw him 40 years ago and hearing this or anything he plays still gives me a jolt like it did back then. I don't have words to describe the the good times I've had listening to him.

@radpcdrums Amen to that....SRV couldnt even run on the same track as this cat...saw both several times.SRV was good(with moments of REALLY good),but not an original by any stretch of the imagination...JDW the III on the other hand is 100% his own melting pot.
