Complete all exercises as a circuit with no rest in between exercises and 1-2 minutes between each circuit.
Hybrid Training Combat Conditioning Workout:
A1: Double Clean - 5 x 30 sec
A2: Ab Roller - 5 x 30 sec
A3: Shouldering - 5 x 30 sec
A4: Side-to-Side Push Up - 5 x 30 sec
A5: 1-Arm Slam - 5 x 30 sec each arm
A6: Renegade Row - 5 x 30 sec
