50th Anniverary of re-founding of Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan International Culture Night

○1The entrance song is about a typical Melanesian Greeting and Welcome; the dance connotes how the greeting and welcome is conducted.
○2The song that follows after the entrance song is about cutting down a coconut tree during a strong wind to avoid it falling on top of a house. It depicts how to cut down a coconut tree safely during a strong wind to avoid any dangers and destruction if it is blown down by the strong wind, the dance shows the chopping of the coconut tree with an axe from the top downwards, piece by piece, until it reaches the ground.
○3The next song is about the daily difficulties in life one has to endure in-order to survive, one have to work and sweat to make a living. The dance demonstrates that work must be done daily in-order to live
○4The next song is about self-expression of joy and relief after discovering a fountain of water and spreading the good news to others to join in the celebration of the discovery. The dance is an expression of such encounter.
○5The exit song is for farewell and saying goodbye as people parted and paddling back to their respective small isolated islands.
