go to the acer website support page , find ya model of laptop and itll have the drivers and software for u to download in a exe file or something , just install it like any other program/driver

I got the 16" one and I prefer the cine dash controls than the one with the full keyboard (numeric pad) my girlfriend loves it and her friends keep drooling on it

ehm.. i'm sorry you are disappointed, review is only in the site linked in the infos( don't need registration). it is in italian but you may use google traslator to understand it. there i write what i like and dislike of 6920, not only of the cinedash. hope you find it useful, bye!
