its from the chapter of the Manga called the Strawberry and Death reprise. The IchiRuki reunion, where Ichigo was being all sad and dissapointed, and Rukia came back from the Soul Society and whacked him (literally =.=") back to normal :) Guess that's Rukia's way of showing she cares ^^ And hey.. it worked :) I can't remember what episode it is though :(
