That was just beautiful. I wonder if it was improvised or do they just know each other that well.

If there are awkward pose therefore you are off from your balance. but its a great video!!! seldom women knew fighting arts but what I like more, are the ladies who knew the art of self defense!!!

I would like to read a response on this too. My hunch is that some surprise attacks can't be stopped, because you're offguard.

I agree hangjabat......Sifu Joseph truly has a vision and ability to communicate quickly and effeciently. I always walk away stronger than when I arrived.

Mr. Simonet,
Not that I would ever want to be in a knife fight, or fight someone with a knife for that matter. How would someone deal with what people are calling a, "Prison Yard Rush"? People with so called "martial arts experience" are saying even martial arts experts get fooled by this knife attacking technique (Especially those who study FMA) because they are looking for a particular attack.

I have had the opportunity on 2 occassions to train with these 2 great martial artists. I was on the original octagon wooden dummy course 4 years ago. I also attended W/R 2007. They have made me a much better martial artist and I thank them both for this. They have that ability to transform you in a good way if you are lucky enough to get out and train with them. There is an old saying "you will know it when you are touched by the master" This is true when applied to Sifu Joseph Simonet.

Having been to three Wind and Rock camps now I can say the facility is absolutely unbelievable! An incredible place to train and for under $300 to get 3 solid days of personal instruction by these two is hard to beat!
Thank you. We have four different training areas. The "OctoJong" has 13 wooden dummies, the "Bagua" is octogon shaped with 8 trigrams for the Iching with a cascading waterfall, "Lugar De Palos" (Place of Sticks) and Sifu Joseph personal mountain Dojo. We also have a hiking trail and an obstacle course for fitness training. All of which overlooks beautiful Lake Chelan. Lake Chelan is 55 miles long and 1500 ft. deep. It is the ninth deepest lake in the world.
Respectfully,
Addy
