The biggest mistake Gandhi ever made was not forcing all the moslems out of India when the majority of the moslems pressed for the partition of India into Moslem Pakistan (both East and West), and majority Hindu India.

Since most wanted to have their own country, he should have made them all leave. Would have been much less trouble today.

I have watched videos, read books on controversial historical events like the exodus of Jews, massacre of christians, armenians, Holocaust, massacres by the Russians etc: as merely a spectator. But when it comes to the Partition, my heart weeps. particularly for the innocent children and women who got brutally killed. Pray the politicians do not plan such a mass murder again.

@MyPakstar Nepal was never under British never a part of India, so are mis informed. I don't know about Sri Lanka too. Clear the attitude that the present day India is the owner of the neighbouring land this attitude has created the hatred to indians in the region. British united the various Kingdoms in the sub-continent. Neither India nor Pakistan or Bangladesh was recognized before 1947 and 1971 (for Bangladesh) So, India and Pakistan both are new nations.

i am going to be honest with you guys here i think it's good india was partitioned because it is hard to live under hindu rule because they corrupt the minds of your uneducated and poor people by so much hindu propaganda so it is hard to remain a true muslim and a true sikh because you are being brain washed by hindu people in terms of both religion and territory one living example is punjab where sikh religion is being destroyed and falsified so pakistan was a good idea its hard to trust hindu
