  • I have seen inmates do this for years on the yard,all of their barbells are welded on so they add weight by tieing on dumbells with trash bags.have done it at home with rope and bungees. great workouts.

  • Yes. Balance and instability training is lame, not as effective as other methodologies and for those who lack what Dan said about the lower half.
