Hymn Time #20 with Arvin Wynn today we have the classic film clip from the great southern gospel film made back in the 60's Sing A Song For Heaven's Sake this was the first full feature length gospel singing movie ever made. I still get chills when I watch this great picture and I thank God that the groups were saved just as they were at this time in history. It is a great film that every gospel music lover should see. I have from that movie a clip of The Klaudt Indian Family singing for you "In Shady Green Pastures and the hymn Blessed Assurance" This will truly bless you as you watch. I was on the phone today with Melvin klaudt and I will send them a copy of this rare video ,as he said that they have never viewed this film . Mr Klaudt is a very special man and loves the Lord . My family was blessed to know the entire Klaudt family and have them for Sunday dinners whenever they were in Miami way back in the 60's!!! My little brother and I loved riding on their big tour bus!!! :)
