  • i cant do it diagonal but i can horizontal :)

  • thank you for showing us how to do the pose. next time show how to safely get out of the pose too. Thats just as important and crucial as learning the pose.

    Not that hard to figure out, you just need to get your elbows close to your belly bottom and then it's all about balance =)
