Hi this is a question from someone who has repeated gallstone attacks, and is wondering if, there is anything that can be done to stop a gallstone attack?
I can speak from my own experience, I had forty gallstone attacks when I was young and when I did my first liver flush, these attacks stopped. But, it is in some cases, even if you do liver flushes, and there are still stones in the bile ducts of the liver and/or gall bladder you still prone, susceptible to have a future attack so it is not necessarily a guarantee that you wont have future attacks. But, once your liver is clean and your gall bladder is cleaned out there is no way you can have another gallstone attack. I still recommend to do a liver flush every six to eight months just to make sure that no new stones that might have formed will impact the bile ducts again. So this is just a sort of a maintenance program .
Going back to if you do have a gallstone attack after eating a fatty meal which is typically the main reason for suffering a gallstone attack, even though, lifting heavy objects can lead to contraction of the gall bladder and push the stone into the cystic duct or common bile duct, which happened to me frequently after lifting something heavy, I used to get a gallstone attack, but, in the majority of cases it is after eating a fatty meal, high protein, heavy evening meal, overeating which can do it, certain foods like eggs, which is a leading trigger for gallstone attacks, fish is another one, meat of course, foods that are fried, deep friend foods, trans fatty acids in baked goods, milk can be a trigger, cows milk so, there are a number of factors one should be careful about to prevent them, but if you have had or if you have a gallstone attack there are a number of things you can do.
First thing on an empty stomach out a table spoon of Epsom salts into a glass of water, eight ounces, and drink that down. Again on an empty stomach, not on a full stomach. This will relax the bile ducts so if a stone is stuck in the common bile duct it will start relaxing and this allows the stone to travel through and enter the small and large intestine for elimination. So this is the first thing you will need to do.
Then you can also at the same time, around the same time massage the toes, the middle toes of both of your feet and there is the gall bladder meridian that runs into the second smallest toe, this is particularly the one that you want to massage more vigorously, really dig into it even if it is painful, get into the place between the little joints, the toe joints, and massage that.
And another way to stimulate the gall bladder and the bile duct to pass any stuck stones is to put a poultice, lets say a, a towel that you put into warm apple cider vinegar or castor oil and lay that over the liver area and keep it there for at least half an hour and it will relax this whole area to allow passage of the stone to occur.
Another trick is to, drink during the following two or three meals one cupful to one glassful of red beet juice and that also tends to relax the bile ducts and increase the bile secretion so that oily bile that is secreted can help remove the stuck stone in the common bile duct or cystic duct.
So there are some of the best things you can do instead of running away straight to the hospital and having an emergency operation to remove the gall bladder, that is not something I recommend, do these other things before you do that if you feel confident. So, it does not take long to drink a glass of Epsom salts so the effect would be almost immediate. So you can do that in any case and you still can go to the hospital if you like to, but, this is what I would strongly recommend you do and typically the person will find relief very quickly.
