@ELBdelorean how do I unzip and make a root folder. when I put the root on my sd card it seems to not wanna do anything. everything else worked I have visionary . just the perm root file.

I did everything you said to do but when i try to do the last terminal thing it says "permission denied"

Hi thanks for this video, I was able to do this to my wife's and my mytouch 4g's without problem. I an unable to get root access on my coworkers phone tho. I am able to use visionary to temp root the phone then in terminal I am able to run all through # sh root.sh, I get the same outcome as you when I attempt perm root through visionary and the phone reboots I go into terminal with "access denied" from sh command. I have tried multiple times now...

I successfully permroot the phone with these instructions. Now, I have a question. The option that we changed on the process, to check the option to turn off Fast boot. Should we get that option unchecked once we have finished rooting the phone? Thanks!
