As we work our way up the chakras we arrive at the sixth chakra, located between the two real eyes, slightly above them, in the center of your forehead. This energy center has to do with wisdom, knowledge, intuition, discernment and imagination. It is here that we develop our psychic and artistic gifts. For this chakra to be balanced we need a healthy blend of your left analytical brain and your right intuitive and artistic brain. The bridge between the two is discernment. In this yoga class we will practice eagles pose to develop our vision as well as a number of eye yoga exercises. *If possible it is important to do the eye yoga exercises without glasses or contact lenses. ;

  • @kateam1975 lol! something you don't usually expect to see considering you may have had to watch it on your PC, but yes, those eye exercises are amazing... thanks for reminding me about them... we really should be doing them more often!

  • Hi Natascha, thanks for all your comments on Youtube! I love sleeping eagle. Amazing what eye exercises do for our balance. I want pictures of the sleeping sphynx cats! You will love yoga nidra! Very restorative. let me know how you enjoy it. Yoga Nidra is going to be very important for the membership site in January. :)

  • Hi, Melissa! Eagle pose does seems easier after eye exercises,

    Sleeping eagle was new for me, but feels great. Some of my sphinx cats doing so in the sleep, hugging their heads with the exact same precision. I guess it will be “sleeping sphinx cat” for me. Will send you some pictures someday, it is really funny. They are real yogis!

    Your voice has such calming and meditative, I have to try your yoga nidra! Thank you, Natascha

  • Really like your videos. Peace, love and light. Namaste
