  • Love this song and this version. This fella has a strong voice as Ive checked his other videos. CAn anyone tell me where to get the chords from?

  • @tailor7793 I'd try cowboylyrics dot-com

  • any chance you can give me the chords you use!? in case i got mine wrong

but mainly because at like 1:14 & 2:30 you do like a "hammer-on" while playing the E chord, then you go back into a G chord i believe... I can't seem to get that part you do:(

but i got most of everything thing down and perfectly timed i believe. Just get all messed up with my rhythm when that part comes up:(

can you help!?:D ...and if you could, please refer me other great country songs/artist, acoustic preferred:)

  • The description now has a link to lyrics and chords. The hammer-on on the E chord is open A to B in the alternating E/B bass pattern. It DOES seem like the guitar and vocals have a different feel...guitar accented on each beat and vocals more like every other beat, but the less you think about it the easier it is! Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, and Johnny Cash are classic, and Alan Jackson and Garth Brooks too all have good songs that can be done well acoustically. Thanks for watching!

  • hey good video u wanna slow it down a lil.. so i can learn that or just mail me the cords great song.

  • Hey thanks!

Not a problem...though the chords are pretty widely available online. I''m sure I didn't get it completely right and probably went too fast.

    Take care,

    Matt
