What happens if you lift weights but are trying to lose weight? You know end the days with a calorie deficit.

I really second the whole 'take a picture' thing.I used to weigh 125kg, nearing 40% BF. I saved one of those pants with a picture. Now I'm at 104kg, 27%, still high BF, I know. When I grab those pants and wear them I'm like 'holy crap did I wear those?'
