The dynamic duo chase the bad guy through the streets of San Francisco and into the unfinished BART tunnels. Who can name the streets of San Francisco seen in the chase?

  • just gotta love that "wah-wah" guitar sound! =D

  • @DLXMEMORYMAN12 Patrick Williams (who composed "The Bob Newhart Show" theme") wrote the theme song and some of the background music for "Streets of San Francisco". John Elizade also composed some background tunes as well.

The inspiration for the "Streets of San Francisco" style might be from the "Dirty Harry" movie with Lalo Schifrin's driving jazz score playing while the cops go after the bad guys in the City By The Bay.

  • who did the music for this so unreal!? I remember seeing reruns and they always had the coolest interlude music

  • the lights are to deny the suspect a hiding place

  • they could not do a chase scene now.

  • from the episode "the thirty year pin" air date 09/23/72. this was the climax of act IV of the series

  • If only the trip between 16th & 24th Streets were that quick on BART.

  • beauty, clark. :|

  • That's because it wasn't finished yet, so it had never been used!

  • That's the cleanest I've ever seen the Mission / 16th Street station.
