Sales Training today requires people to be educated in how to sell. No one has gone to school to learn how to sell - especially professionals such as engineers, accountants, lawyers, etc.. Some companies try to educate sales people with product knowledge, but what they create is a walking advertisement.
Sales Management is the key however to sales training. The best system is when sales managers train their sales people using a proven process as the template.
