The whole battle Isaac tries to use his special attack, and he calls to the devil constantly even though its imobilized wich allows for more attacks for Hector.
Notice after ther first bar of life isaac breaks out some different moves. Thats when you should make sure that blizzard breath can hit him because it nocks him off guard Wich means More attacks for Hector!
