David Sinton --- The Rowan Tree

Since I've been uploading a lot of The Corries videos, some people have emailed me, asking if I know what ever became of Roy Williamson's combolins. First of all, I am not associated with The Corries in any way, so I cannot answer personal questions about them. But from what I know, from being a Corries fan myself my whole life, they now belong to Roy's friend David Sinton. So I thought I'd post one of his songs here, too, from his beautiful instrumental CD "Caledonian Sunset" featuring Roy's Combolins. This CD can also be purchased at http://www.corries.com

Lovely song! I've never heard of this musician/CD. One question, mandolinda? If your "not associated with The Corries in any way," then why do you keep advertising their website on every video? Just curious :P thanks for posting them!

Sorry, didn't know it was bothering anybody! A lot of people email me asking where they can buy the songs I post here, so instead of emailing everybody separately I decided to just post their website, then The Corries fans can just see it here for themselves without the need to email me. (nobody's paying me to do it, if thats what you're hinting at) :)
