  • @Joegengsta22 to add to this; split jerk usually aids people who have more arm drive, however squat-heavy people tend to lean toward power jerks.

  • @Birdpoofool jerk is the classical split leg position whereas the power jerk you also dip but thrust and end in a squat like stance. Split jerk is generally more effective, but for some people the power jerk works better. It all depends on your body. (Everybody is different)
