Cumberland Gap National Historical Park KY / TN / VA / Part 3 of 3

Pat and I had a very enjoyable visit to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park,. and we highly recommend this Park. The scenery is spectacular, and the park personnel are friendly and helpful. This park is part of The National
Park Service U.S. Department of the Interior. This park is a must visit for any student of the American Civil War.

@kenrg Thanks for watching, Ken. Believe it or not I use to ride from home to the Pinnacle and back on my bicycle, which is a round trip of 80 miles. That was over 20 years ago, and it is all just memories now.

Our old homeplace was in the park, on Clinch Mt. The family now lives just through the trees of the entrance, on 10th St. in Mboro. Makes me want to go back home. Thanks for posting.

I love taking trips up to the Pinnacle it's so relaxing except for the sign about bears lol.
