Meet Mark. He has been living on Sydney's George Street outside Myer for the past 3 years. Mark tells us about his battle on the streets - the selfless determination to save the money he collects through donations for his step-daughter who is battling a serious liver disease.

Before we complain when something isn't going our way, maybe we should remind ourselves that sometimes the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

  • I just read an article about Nasa sending fruit flies into space to study how space travel may change the immune system. Bill Clinton got a billion dollar blow job, There is no money for homeless veterans but we have a travelling memorial for them. This is why people have to do this. I see people asking why he doesn't get a full time job. Maybe he tried, and many jobs have a waiting period to get benefits that might not cover pre existing conditions. I just feel for people struggling.

  • why dosnt he just go get a full time job instead of sitting on the foot path being a fulltime begger..... he said it himelf

  • It takes a lot to make me tear up, but that'll about do it...
