  • You could give some more info... Can you use the zoom? Is that one better then the other made specially for the TM700? which one is cheaper? Thanks

  • @Martins2012 yes, you can still use camera zoom sure.

  • what a beautiful quality, nice video, I have been looking for this lenses for this particular camcorder, what country is this wide angle lens made from?

  • @warfaredevil5 Raynox lenses are from Japan i think. In order to use this wide angle lens you need to buy a 46mm - 52mm step up ring (i bought Hama step up ring).

  • The difference is insane.

  • Do you recommend this lens ? Thanks for your test.

  • That is a ridiculously good wide angle lens. I REALLY need one of those. Thanks for this test. Honestly this has been fantastic. I was pondering the pros and cons of many lenses but this has sold me :D

  • Unfortunately in the video can easily see the effect of the vignette in the 4 corners of the image.

  • Excellent test, very helpful.

  • @Curawong

This wide angle converter is good only when you do not zoom at all. Forget the zoom completely. Zoomed in footage with this converter is useless and looks ugly.

This video is made with no zoom at all. you can judge it yourself, for me it looks good.

  • HI,

I have the TM700. I was woundering if with this lens you get any vigneting when you have the camera with no zoom at all and how much of distortion you get after zooming to the max.

    Nice footage by the way...

    thanks

  • @priitva Ok Thanks :)
