I am currently on home IV antibiotics. I made this video for no particular reason. If you or someone you know has Cystic Fibrosis, then you may find this interesting.

I love the advancements we are witnessing in medical science. Unfortunately it's getting all botched up by corporate greed.

The pharmaceutical industry is one of the biggest scams in the history of mankind. It's just a giant drug cartel made legal by paying off politicians and lobbyists to get erroneous bills made into law so that privileged drug manufacturers can have a total monopoly on virtually ALL aspects of human healthcare & treatment.

Kleptocracy: a term applied to a government subject to control fraud that takes advantage of governmental corruption to extend the personal wealth and political power of government officials and the ruling class (collectively, kleptocrats), via the embezzlement of state funds at the expense of the wider population.

So this week, I was put on another, different IV antibiotic for a new infection from the same broken leg! Depression has set in and I had to come back to your video for more motivation! I can't thank you enough for sharing your video! Any updates on your condition?

@mickeystar1777 I haven't posted any updates about my condition because it's not something I wanted to focus on with this youtube channel. If it wasn't such a pain in the neck to have multiple youtube channels, I'd consider creating a different one just for my health stuff.

Anyway, I've been back on IV's a few times since posting this video. (Had another lengthy hospital visit too.) At present, I'm on a maintenance oral antibiotic. That is permanent now.

what does "Cystic Fibrosis" do?

@yohunter5 Cystic fibrosis mostly affects the lungs. Mucus builds up in the lungs and blocks the airways—the tubes that carry air in and out of your lungs. The buildup of mucus makes it easy for bacteria to grow. This leads to repeated, serious lung infections. Over time, these infections can severely damage the lungs and results in early death.

@yohunter5 It's genetic. I was born with it, but I maintained pretty good health for about the first 25 years of my life.

Thank you for your informational video! I just, last week started home IV antibiotics for an infection I got from having a broken leg! Ugh! For the first few days I felt like I was a freak and alone for having to do the IV antibiotics. Now I know I'm not alone in this process! My antibiotic is very similar, thankfully mine comes pre mixed! I hope your antibiotics helped you feel better I'm crossing my fingers they do the trick for me! Best of luck!
