Love Sculpture are one of my favourite bands from the sixties. I always wondered whether they could cut the mustard live, as it was only a three piece, and Dave Edmund's guitar work was pretty tricky to play. I need not have worried.
This is LS playing live at the BBC for radio in 1969, accompanied by a slide show. Check out the bass playing as well as Dave's guitar. Dave's solo varies markedly from the studio version.
Comments welcome.
Fastest rock guitar ever. The bass is also awesome. The trios are always exceptional. Love Sculpture is in the front line together with Experience, Cream, Taste and West, Bruce and Laing.

I think I prefer the cover version by Talas, but this is good too.

Thank you sir! very very good. care to remark on sources?
Saw them live in Toronto summer 69 methinks, on the only N.American tour. in a small club. And they really could pull it off live. Saw The Nice do the same in the same club some months before.
Amazing times and I was still in high school.
cheers, wordofgord
