  • Nice work Bob! (not exactly difficult to figure out the chords, but everywhere you go it says just C & G7 - it's much better as you do it - C, G, C7 & F, with a G7 sneaked in maybe). Was wondering how you got such a full sound, almost like a 12 string, then saw you were in the bathroom. Must try that - when the neighbours are out.

On the song, someone commented elsewhere "No Lonnie Donegan, No Elvis", which might have some truth. And no Elvis, no Rolling Stones, etc..

  • @jonno52 Thank you John. I often just put my own chords into things- more used to the times when there was no internet and I was too tight to buy music. Glad you like the progression - and my bathroom acoustics. I actually play 12 string on some of my videos. The likes of Elvis and Lonnie certainly were big influences. If they hadn't happened, music would have been different. Maybe you will get a video of yourself doing this song. I look forward to it. Cheers. Bob

  • hey man i love the sound you produce with that guitar i would love toknow the chord progression i cant find it anywhere

  • @daddyseek67 Thank you. If you want the words and chords/tabs for any song just put into google, eg. 'Puttin' on the style chords' and up comes several variations. Bob

  • A man of good taste, his is worrying me though, I'm 14 and listening to skiffle!

  • @DrBuggles1 Thanks Ollie. Don't worry you'll grow out of it.

    Best wishes

    Bob
