  • Well, Sticks aren't cheap, but they're not as expensive as quite a lot of other instruments... and, they really ARE worth it. Hope you find a way to get yours... Yep, plenty of good vibes that night!

  • @DerekDallenger

I spent $2460 all together for my SB8, so yes I agree they're not cheap.

I also waited 14 months to get mine from the time I ordered it. Sticks are like snowflakes - no two are exactly alike and each on is lovingly handcrafted by Emmett Chapman himself (hence why it takes so long to get one).

  • Hi Bosunbilly,

there is nothing like a Stick...

I'm sure it was worth the wait !

    Thanks for stopping by !

  • I agree. There is nothing on Earth that even comes close to a Stick.

It was painful, but it was worth the wait.

    Thanks for having me.

  • Yeah, nothing even remotely close...

(Knew the wait would have been worth it !)

    My pleasure !

Welcome aboard & thanks again !

  • Thanks very much, glad you like it ! That gig was a real blast... the simple delay stuff is one corner of what I do - there are others... stay tuned, I'll try to get some examples up in due course, maybe a few more curveballs on the way, plus the odd slider now and again. "...stratospheres of the netherworld..."? Exactly !! Sure, I live there, definitely... Many thanks again for listening!
