roger, i watched the actual part 2 of the video & this is some vital information that millions of people need, but i see only 158 people viewed this video. i noticed people with the most tags get the most views, no matter how good or bad their video. so, why don't you put a bunch more tags on this, like youth, perma-youth, reverse aging, ageless, vitality, diet, exercise, strength, sunshine, skin and sun, supple skin, maybe immortality?... etc., etc.

@RogerHaeske Agreed, look at Markus Rothkranz. It depends on how intelligently they follow a raw foods diet -- more emphasis on the green juices and less emphasis on the fruity juices and smoothies. Also, even a raw foodist has to do regular fasting and internal cleansing to ramp up the spiritual potential, which is really what keeps one young in spirit. Healthy mind, healthy body balanced approach. The serious raw foodists don't do much spiritual cleansing work,

@jaworskij That's very interesting about magnesium deficiency caused the diabetes and the soil is deficient in magnesium and there's a diabetes epidemic...
Mind you, all the junk food isn't helping people either.

Magnesium is one of the keys to reversing aging. I had type 2 diabetes since 2005 because I didn't supplement mag. ... I was drinking Distilled water ,which is true that it doesn't have the "necessary minerals" like Calcium and Magnesium in it...Now I've switched to (Artesian) Spring Water in a jug and my diabetes symptoms are GONE. I am also taking Mag. Sups and Epmsom Salt baths. We are meant to live to 1000 years.

Danielle-drfink1983@yahoo.com I am 27 but I look like a young teenager I guess I have good genes because I have had a horrible diet my entire life. Now that I am knocking on 30's door I would like to take better care of myself by changing my diet and pampering my skin and body.
Hi Roger!
I just want to ask, ho tall are you and what is your weight? How much calories do you eat a day?
ChaserHUN 1 year ago
@ChaserHUN I'm about 6'3" tall and weigh about 160.
How many calories I eat depends on many factors including the intensity of my exercise. But it can range from 2,500 to 3,500 calories per day on average.
At times I'll eat even more.

@RogerHaeske
Thats a lot. I'm 183cm tall and 58kg :S I want to gain weight, so I'm going to start to excercise a lot. Sometimes I wonder is it that good to eat that much calories? Lot of day I'm full with 2000kcal/day. Tim VanOrden eats only 1500-2000kcal a day, what is your opinion on that?
I follow the 811 diet, it's great, but I think Dr. Doug Graham looks a bit old, and a lot of raw foodists don't look very good, what do you think why is that? You really look like a teenager.
ChaserHUN 1 year ago
@ChaserHUN Actually that's not a lot for someone who's tall, muscular and physically active.
I wouldn't obsess over calories. Simply do muscle building activities and your body's natural appetite mechanism will tell you how much you need.
All I know is the more vigorous the exercise I do the more calories I need. I don't try to stuff myself only eat according to my hunger.
And if I'm creating muscle mass my hunger will naturally increase. Very simple actually.

@RogerHaeske
And what do you think why does a lot of raw fooders look old?
ChaserHUN 1 year ago
@ChaserHUN I don't think a lot of raw fooders look old.
I've seen hundreds of raw foodists and most of them look exceptionally young for their age.
