Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island Revisited

Masterpiece. This is one of those games that reminds me why I am a gamer. Without a doubt this is one of the greatest games of all time, and in my opinion is somewhat underappreciated in the "super mario" series. It is one of my favorite games and IMHO is the best 2D Mario platformer.

It is another example of Shigeru Miyamoto's brillant ideas. With the help of his staff he has put together a work of art. Also, Koji Kondo has once again created melodies that just add even more to Yoshi's Island. He truly is a musical legend.

Most of the music in the video is from the game's original soundtrack. The last one is a remix by McVaffe and can be found here:

Note: A lot of the music has been edited to make the video shorter. All gameplay is done by me.

At the moment I think this may be my last tribute video. I just don't feel as motivated to make anymore. I want to thank anyone who has ever watched, rated, commented, favorited, or subscribed to any of my vids. Thanks a lot! :D

Description = EPIC WIN! I feel the EXACT same! Many people praise SMW, Galaxy RPG, SMB3, etc. and don't even mention this masterpiece. Those are great games too, but you can't deny or not acknowledge the sheer creativity and amazing greatness this game IS! What the video comment says is all true, when looking back at the game as a whole from this video, theres SO MUCH MORE to it than already shown its crazy.

For me personally, I can say this was the first game I saved my money for when I was a kid, bought it on a ride to relatives and ended up reading and looking over the manual completely while in the car.. highly anticipating the game. Not to mention, my first copy of Nintendo Power (EVER) was with this game on the cover (its why I wanted it).
