Buzzing Bee

Buzzing Bee by Mark Nevin.

My mom and dad bought me a piano on my birthday when I was in 4th grade.
I took piano lessons for several years until eventually I stopped, because I was approaching teenage-hood which we all know is famous for not knowing what really matters. I wish I had kept taking lessons because I love playing piano.

When I was in about 5th grade, I think, I was going to be in a piano competition. I love playing fast music so my piano teacher showed me this. I fell in love with it immediately. I played it in the piano competition and made an S for Superior, the highest grade you can get.

The song has never left my memory and it's still my favorite song to play. It is so fast; your fingers whiz around the keys like little bees whizzing around flowers.
I am known for this song among my family members (they all think it's very annoying, but know that it's my favorite thing to play), but hardly anybody outside of my family has heard me play piano.
