Great vid, Jack, so informative. I've just tried your green smoothie recipe and loved it. One question on the drying of the crackers. How can I dehydrate the crackers without one of those gadgets? Would a normal oven dry them out too much, or cook them? Thanks in advance.

Jack, I have been watching "flax cracker" videos for over an hour and then I happened across yours. It is WONDERFUL! Your video is the best I have watched. Great looking food, good information and good sound! Bravo! Plus your bright spirit just shines through. Also have a question. I saw your water purify system - is this the PH Alkaline water machine? If so let me know what you think of it. I saw it demo'd - but thought I would hear from a unbasised party! Keep the videos coming!

thanks for the complement, that makes me feel good. I try and the Lord blesses.. As for the water purifier.. I do and don't like it. It is a Ionic Ways, Athena model.. It does purify and alkaline. It is good the thing is I am not totally sure how good. You have to be a scientist to be sure.. I do know the better the water the better. This one was a bit cheaper, not a multi marketing one.. Don't know if this helps. ur friend jack
