Forced induction does not change how 'free reving' it is
Forced induction is MUCH quicker than N/A
Forced induction good for the whole rev range if you know how to set it up, the overtaking comment is just retarded
Its easy to get a good launch with forced induction, superchargers are always running, and if you know how to take off then turbo's work great to. Either learn to use the clutch or get a stall converter
