good job Dave, keep your healthy diet. your HB1AC is 5 which is very good. do you still taking antidiabetic drugs, if so just be careful with Metformin (Diabex) cause it is quite danger to take it when you have kidney impairment. just let your GP know and they may modify the Metformin dose for you.
