Lost 12 lbs so far, I started at 185lbs, I am now at 173lbs and am hoping to get down to about 165lbs again. My 14 day water fast has begun and will be posting a daily update on my water fast and all the changes my body is going through.

  • @freshaashiq Don't feel bad, day 1 and 2 are the hardest to resist anyway, so I can understand! Well don't worry you can always water fast again. It's good to start on a particular day, mentally prepare for it and then start. For example I find that it's easier to fast when you start on the first of the month, that way you know exactly where you are at and how long you have to go for. Also, try to have your mom motivate you instead, by not letting you eat the CHICKENNN! :D

  • This is good to hear. I too am in college as well. I am in my 4th day of my 20 day water fast. Makes me feel good to hear that others are doing the same and it is not ill effecting them, Tomorrow I have my Genetics and O Chem test. Good luck on your test and your fast as well.

  • @olchevyman That's excellent, way to go! Good luck on your tests and fast as well. You made it past the hardest part, the rest should be pretty much like going on auto pilot!

  • @GingerJemmy Thanks, well I was still very surprised how well I did, like I mentioned, I hardly felt any different than when I had coffee and or energy drinks on Mondays before the water fast!
