@sooouuuuper Right now there has been nothing filed with the court indicating Jose has quite. He has to file a Notice of Termination of Representation and that has not happened. It is rumored via Twitter that Casey fired Jose, but so far that has no yet to be proven. The media lately is watching the tweets and reporting off of Tweets. What happened to real reporters and factual news?

I believe Casey did identify the father of Caylee. The father died in an auto accident. His mother was on one of these talk shows prior to the verdict. She supplied her dead son's baby pictures which in my opinion were extremely similar to Caylee's pictures. I do not believe the sexual abuse theory.  I believe Cindy was the reason for the dysfunctional dynamics in the family. George acted wierd on the stand because in all reality he did have an affair with that wacko woman and covered up.

@areilly12732 It has been rumored that it was Jesus Ortiz, and then last year a mother, during the trial claims that Caylee looks like her deceased son. The name of this man is Michael Patrick Duggan and the mother was trying to get Caylee's DNA in order to see if her son is Caylee's father. The last I read, the mother wasn't able to get Caylee's DNA. I put the link to the story in this video for you to read and watch video.

Interesting how nothing is ever Casey's fault. She

lies because her father and brother molested her.

She parties after her baby dies...not her fault.

She gets pregnant because someone spiked her

drink with Rohypnol or another date-rape drug.She

couldn't go to college because her parents didn't

have the money...ever hear of Junior Colleges, on-

line classes, or student loans? She certainly has

incredibly bad luck...or she's one heck of a liar!

I am not sure whom I have more contempt for now.... The Jury, Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony, Baez and her Defense Team? I do think that Casey is sick though and needs urgent psychiatric help. Sexual abuse survivors do NOT routinely murder their children - if anything, they are ultra protective and Casey was keen to let Caylee share a bed with men she slept with. None of this makes sense. Casey Anthony is NOT innocent.

the jury would of still found her not guilty regardless. The jury wanted money/interviews and if they had ruled guilty they wouldn't have a story to tell.

@GlitterSno Yes, I think the Defense didn't provide enough witnesses for motive. I think Ashton did a brilliant job but there was too much concentration on Caylee being missing and not enough emphasis from the beginning on Caylee in fact being DEAD. This confusion watered down the reality - and allowed the Defense the appearance of wrong footing Prosecution with their drowning declaration. The prosecution could have prepared better for this and should have changed the introduction by Linda a bit

@mpharn Andy why did Baez clearly state that they WERE NOT accusing George of MURDER? Was that a lie that even Baez couldn't stomach? This case still makes my blood boil with rage at the injustice. A poor murdered little girl was forgotten by the Defense and the jury.

@sooouuuuper I agree that there is no evidence of sexual abuse. The only abuse there is clear evidence of is taking advantage of the dumbest and laziest jury ever seen in a modern court. They were way too keen to bond as a group and way too indulged by Judge Perry. Their group harmony couldn't be shattered by properly doing what they were put there to do, could it? As for Dr Weiss - he is an idiot wrapped in a moron. He appeared to ask Casey nothing important.

@Sierra1947 ty i had heard it in foxtel on friday (here) that he said he had quit and then she had countered that she had fired him~ there are so MANY rumours and lies and stories surrounding KC~ there are no ratings in factual and real reporting lol lol lol lol ~ I have just finished reading the depositions just released apart from being very blabourous ( i mean long to read) they are really quite interesting but i am suprised that Danzier didnt tape the interviews with KC

Jaycee Duggar sexually abused abducted all the horrible things that happened to her she never killed her children fathered by a depraved abductor if she did would anyone blame her ?? well KC is just one load of walking BS she just makes up stories to suit the situation she is crazy crazy crazy needs mental health help NOW !!! I HOPE THE JURY REGRET EVERY NOT GUILTY THEY GAVE THAT kc and are haunted 4ever they let a child killer free i hope caylee haunts their dreams 4ever
