A bit fucked up when you think about it from a 'modern' perspective, but still fucking fantastic.

Dear tomholiedy
Thank you for your reply I am sorry I did not explain which photo I was referring to
It is the black and white photo on the cover of " you belong to me " there are 3 guys standing at the back and two sitting at the front, the guy I am referring to is the smaller of the two sitting at the front.....I hope this makes my question clearer
I really do have a genuine reason for asking
Thank you again

@896orange I'm making an educated guess after comparing all the pics and names that I could find and then by elimination process - I believe that John Salvato is who is seated in front. No guarantee but I'm 70% confident.

The Duprees' version came out in the summer of 1962; not 1958 as reported above. I remember it very well but, no matter. It still ranks as their first of so many great songs. I love nearly everything they did.

@juan58102 Juan, well stated, Your English is so good that you might as well take it on up to perfect. Try this: This song was heard in Arica, Chile, about the year 1963. I was ten years old, but I still remember those times. People then were kind and amicable, but the generations have changed. I have not changed, however. I still treat people honorably. Long Live Oldies!!
And with people like you and me Juan, they will live forever..
