Mumford and Sons at the 2011 Memphis In May International Festival (2011 Beale Street Music Festival)

Inspired by folk, rock, country, and bluegrass, the London-based Mumford & Sons feature singer/guitarist/drummer Marcus Mumford, vocalist and banjo/Dobro player Winston Marshall, vocalist/keyboardist Ben Lovett, and vocalist/bassist Ted Dwane.

The members of Mumford & Sons came together in 2007, and since have shared a common purpose: to make music that matters, without taking themselves too seriously.

  • Mumford and Sons is one of those timeless bands that will exist long into the future, I just hope in 50 years my generation is defined by artists like this rather than the dubstep fad.

  • @omajan09 the trumpet/trombone people

  • @kylespencer123 you know someone disliked it because you said it, so essentially you've dislike this song.

  • 3:30 . Love it

  • Lets have a vote shall we, Thumbs up for proper musicans like Mumford and sons, and thumbs down for them sad people who sit at a computer creating a few sounds and calling it 'music'. Away we go!

  • now that you mentioned the fact that there was no dislikes, some asshole had to go and dislike it

  • Besides putting every ounce of his energy into every song, Marcus is also out of breath because he needs to quit smoking! I love him & want him to be healthy<3

  • who are those people behind Ben?

  • You know, he says he gets out of breath all the time because he is over-weight. I disagree, I think at the end of every song when he is struggling to catch his breath, it's because he literally puts his all into every song and that just makes me love Marcus Mumford all the more for not half assing anything. He is incredible and I am unable to die until I see Mumford and Sons live!

  • @blueeyesmarie This is confrontational in a way that makes no sense at all. >.>

  • @mrgoldenbird97 You hear and see they all do it for passion. And that´s what you see and hear when they perform. No artificially generated image, acting or something like that.
