This is so sweet! I have herd about this story and well at least she died doing what she loved! I what to be a shamu trainer like her and all my friends are like "Shamu is going to eat you" because of what happend to Dawn but I don't care cause this is a passion of mine and I bet it was hers too.

scrue the people who dont like this dawn was my friend she went on steel eel with me and the great white and all around the park for 5 days we use to stay on video call together but now shes dead;(

This comment page shouldn't be a bunch of people fighting. Dawn was a wonderful person. Seeing her work and interact with these creatures was heart warming and amazing and I will never forget her for who she really was. A beautiful and inspiring person. When she preformed in Something Far Greater segment of the show. You could almost feel her goosebumps because she was so amazed by what she did. I hope to live her dream when I get older and become a trainer. You will be remembered always Dawn.

naoboi19 you are absolutely out of your mind, those animals get better care in the park then they would in the wild, proven fact...its people like you that seaworld gets such a bad rap and are so blinded by wat he media has to say that you dont see seaworlds true colors, every trainer in that park has the best intentions with these animals and dedicate their lives to the well being of every animal in that park...get your facts straight before you make such rash comments.

They don't get fish thrown at them all day in the wild im sure nor do they get medical care in the wild. So in that respect they do get better care in captivity. Whether you agree with them being in captivity or not is your opinion.
