i honestly had something simular to this but wat had happened was i was playin wid my bro and we both had rocketsand tryed shotting at each other and missed but mine bounced off his rocket and just flew into the air. il see if i can find it a post it on youtube

Rockets do that, and I've tested it. Next time any of you are in forge with another player, grab a couple rocket launchers, place a barrier down and get on opposite sides of the barrier and fire rockets simultaneously. One of the rockets should deflect.
