Bloodsucker Glitch in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING!

You may have to see this clip a few times in order to see him; he's cloaked and the quality just didn't convert that well to Youtube.

Sometimes, you initiate glitches. Other times, they just come to you. The latter happened today. This cloaked monster (may be hard to see on Youtube, he looks like he's made of water) was trying to run around to get me, but kept getting stuck on the train.

If anyone wants a higher-res video, maybe I'll upload one and post the link here.

Well, I expect "smart AI" AI that actually does what it's coded for, not getting stuck on random objects...unless it was supposed to get stuck. o.O

I installed the Trader mod prior to this (it's a mod that makes all the ammo, armor, and guns available in the game to be sold by any trader in the game), and I spent 25000 RU to get it.

Aren't bloodsuckers supposed to be invisible untill they attack you? Doesn't look like a bug to me.

They are cloaked (meaning they are almost transparent), and the bug was that he wasn't going around to go up the steps to where I was, but instead just kept moving back and forth in one spot, not getting close to attacking me.

i met a freindly bloodsucker on call of pripyat the other day, it killed the bandits who were chasing me then just walked off into the sunset like nothing had ever happened lol

I've had the same thing happen on a couple of playthroughs. I think he's trying to get at you via the far ramp you can use to get onto that platform- only his AI can't figure out that there's a train in the way.
