Did you take a look at the other Numbers station video? I've yet to find someone who can crack it.

In fact, I've just been informed this could be a fake number station. For one thing, it starts with the "Rick roll" which could be normal, but if you notice the background sound loops. If it loops, it's obviously fake. Also, there are some fake number stations around on sites. My brother has been to many places in the internet, and he claims to find anonymous sites that make fake number stations for people who like to listen to them. So basically, double sorry.

@Karlfalcon a 3 ghz frequency would basically mean that the broadcast is right next to you. it ranges from 10cm to 1 cm. If you have any brothers, i'd say they did it :P
