Yo. Do you use creatine or whey protein for supplements. I myself have been trying to pack on more muscle like that. I need to do some cardio to get rid of the fat to see the definition, but i still want to add on muscle. I max out at 265 on bench. I think about 400 on squats. The highest i have ever done was 370 something and i did those 3 sets of 5. and that was after working up from 185. I don't know my max on everything else. But Im tryining to get my chest like yours. Any pointers?
