I work at Spirit Aerosystems, in Tulsa, We make major portions of the wings for the 787, among other parts. yes the A380 is killing the Airbuss. and were having issues with the 787, but then again, our plane is a very new concept, heck finding enough A&P mechanics that have this amount of experiance with compossites, drilling, bonding, all of it is much diffrent than the 50 year old airframe were all so used to, metal, bend, cut, rivit, do what you like to it, this stuff is very diffrent.
