This is the first flight of my ducted fan jet plane called the synapse. I flew it in a hay field close to my parents house and had a blast for about 4 to 5 minutes. I hope you enjoy the video.

Thanks for watching.

  • Is this 64 or 55mm EDF?

  • @thechoosendude Its a small edf. Tower hobbies still sells this plane if you are interested in it.

Shortly after that post I found out it was the 55mm Hyperflow. You think there's any way I can stick a 64mm in there with some modifications?

  • @thechoosendude I think you could. The plane is plenty fast though.

  • I just bought an F-117 from nitroplanes - my FIRST jet :) Soon I will get the HABU by parkzone! But the $70 some price tag on the F-117 RXR was to inexpensive to pass out! Hopefully it flies well. You fly that thing great! what brand is it?

  • @earthling1984 I remember. Doesnt seem like that long ago does it? I'm just now catching up on all my comments. Try to empty the box today.

  • i like this jet how much? also what is missing that is necessary for this rc? what is edf?

  • devil music

  • I noticed you had a nice smooth toss and took off beautifully, I was wondering what size battery and esc you have, I'm thinking you are pretty light ?

  • I just purchased this arf kit! $30 only!!! I plan to put in a 65mm 4000KV e-flite motor/fan unit, and a 60A e-flite esc, and a 4cell battery.(same setup as my L-39 which goes over 105MPH)! Is the battery compartment big enough for a 4cell 1300mAh or 1600mAh?

...For $30 I couldn't pass this up! Especially since I have the servos, receiver, and EDF motor/fan sitting here waiting to be used! Just need to get another 60A esc!
