Oh, but send us that money for the border security, cuz, uh, it's dangerous out here, and, uh, we can't leave our homes out of fear. Yeah, that's it. We're living in fear. @romo0012 It's all part of a political plan. We are bng used against our will, paraded across national tv 2 scare the rest of the country w/ our skin color 4 a nefarious political agenda. In the past, we were large communities of migrants, which lended a hand to our impoverished state. Just recently we have built colleges & our communities are becoming more educated. THERE IS MORE VIOLENCE IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY THAN WE ARE PORTRAYED HERE IN THE RGV YES WE HAVE OUR SHARE OF DRUG SMUGGLING BUT ITS ALWAYS BEEN HERE AND IN EVERY BORDER CITY OR TOWN SINCE 3 OR 4 DECADES AGO..SO WHATS THE SHOCK.IN THE U.S METH IS RIPPING PEOPLE APART KILLINGS/VIOLENCE SO WHY ARE WE SO DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PLACES...
